Cleared Recruitment is supporting a contract opportunity for an experienced Organisational Change Manager (OCM) to join a high-profile cloud transformation program. This role offers the chance to contribute to a significant, long-term initiative focused on communications and training for a modern cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the customer owner of the People stream for a large-scale cloud project
  • Assist with change and training activities, including defining strategic communications and developing ongoing training delivery
  • Collaborate with cloud migration and platform teams to identify user training needs and develop targeted content
  • Lead delivery of workshops, communications, and training sessions to support successful platform adoption
  • Monitor and report on change progress, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering organisational change and training for enterprise technology projects
  • Experience with hyperscale cloud environments such as AWS or Azure highly desirable
  • Strong background in the Australian public sector preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver communications and training strategies for complex technology programs
  • NV1 security clearance (or higher) mandatory
